Construction Contracts
If you need to create a tender or prepare a competitive bid we have a range of highly skilled and experienced consultants that offer effective contracts advice to help you achieve your business goals. Pre-contract or throughout the construction process we add value.
PFI
Our consultants have extensive experience in the PFI industry; working since its inception in the 1990’s; projects include rail, highways, telecoms, accommodation and health. We manage PFI projects at bid stage undertaking due diligence and pre-contract advice. In addition we provide general management services to PFI special purpose companies to ensure projects run to schedule and investment returns are delivered in line with expectations.
Training
Because so many customers asked us to train their staff we have developed a successful training division. Senior training consultants with extensive experience in construction projects offer a range of packaged & bespoke training courses. Real-life examples make the training relevant and interesting whilst equipping your staff with the practical skills they need to manage contracts effectively; minimising risk for your business. We provide construction contracts training, and specialist training for the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) professional reviews.
Dispute Resolution
We can advise parties to a construction dispute of their options and provide a thorough analysis of options for resolution. We help prepare referrals and response for adjudications held under statutory procedures. Our consultants' experience and qualifications enable us to guide you through the often complex process of resolving disputes by statutory adjudication.
